Rovers face tough challenge if they are to double their prize money.

Rovers will have to overcome another Zamaretto Premier Division side if they want to earn a further £4,500 in FA Cup prize money after they were drawn away to Didcot Town in the 2nd Qualifying Round.

At least Rovers will know what to expect at the NPower stadium as their hosts only gained promotion last season from our division via the play offs. Rovers went down to a 3-1 defeat there last season but will still fancy their chances of getting at least a replay.

Subject to League approval the scheduled game against Yate Town will now be played on Monday 19th October with a 7.30 pm KO unless either side is involved in an FA Trophy 1st Qualifying Round replay. In the event that both sides are knocked out in the preliminary round (Rovers travel to Windsor & Eton while Yate travel to Bishops Cleeve) the game will hopefully be brought forward to Saturday the 17th of October with the usual 3 pm KO.
